Based on the requirements of motor for electric tools, the research group designed and built a high-speed switched reluctance motor test platform. The platform mainly includes the the controller researched and designed ourselves, the motor driver, the prototype of the switched reluctance motor and the corresponding ancillary facilities, auxiliary power, measuring instruments, saw mounts and so on, which constitute a complete set of experimental platform. The platform has now completed 25,000rpm high-speed switched reluctance motor test mission. The motor is used as an electric saw drive motor to meet the performance requirements of torque, speed and other requirements during the cutting process of the electric saw. In addition, the platform is complemented by adding torque meters, magnetic brakes and so on to test more complex conditions.
